The Trainer, Coach and Mentor will be responsible for training, mentoring and coaching the students in FnB Service skills, Language skills and Life Skills. Additionally as an academic lead should oversee the rest of the faculty to ensure compliance to SAATHIYA processes.
Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities of FnB Service Trainer, Coach and Mentor will be as follows:
Review and continuously enhance FnB Service Curriculum
Prepare Plan for delivery of the curriculum and hourly plan for each week of the program
Train and Guide Students in FnB Service Skills, Theory and Practical
Train Students in Communication Skills in context of FnB Service
Conduct Periodic and Summative Assessments
Prepare Students for Employment Essentials
Follow up with Students and Employers regarding their Performance in the Job
Manage SAATHIYA Digital Network and guide students for their Career Progression and growth
Assist in Student mobilization (as required) and Week Zero Activities
On The Job Training Assignments and Job Placements
Build relationships with Hotels
Guidance and Mentorship of Faculty
Ensure SAATHIYA process compliance by all staff
Regularly update SAATHIYA leadership
Food & Beverage Service Skills
Communication Skills
English and Hindi Language skills (Mandatory)
Punjabi (Optional but preferred)
FnB Service Theory and Practical Knowledge
Soft Skills as relevant for Hospitality Industry
Exp: 4-6 years F&F service
