Job Purpose:
To train students in food and beverage service skills and prepare them for jobs in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct F&B training sessions (theory and practical)
- Train students on food and beverage service standards
- Teach hygiene, food safety, and service etiquette
- Demonstrate table setting, order taking, and customer service
- Assess student performance and maintain training records
- Support placements or on-the-job readiness (if required)
