Job Responsibilty:

Supervise and guide the F&B team:

This includes ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, and providing support and direction as needed.

Delegate tasks effectively:

Distribute responsibilities among team members to ensure work is efficiently managed and completed.

Motivate and coach team members:

Foster a positive work environment and encourage team members to perform at their best.

Address customer issues promptly:

Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Training and Staff Management:

Train new staff:

Provide comprehensive training on all aspects of F&B operations, including service standards, food and beverage knowledge, and safety protocols.

Monitor staff performance:

Assess individual and team performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.

Assist in hiring and scheduling:

Participate in the hiring process and assist with scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Operational and Financial Management:

Ensure smooth and efficient service:

Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, from table setting and service to order taking and food preparation.

Optimize service efficiency:

Implement strategies to improve service speed and minimize waste.

Adhere to health and safety regulations:

Ensure all staff follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Monitor revenues and expenses:

Track sales figures, manage costs, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Customer Service:

Greet and welcome guests:

Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Assist with menu selections:

Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.

Take orders and manage payments:

Ensure all orders are accurately taken and payments are processed efficiently.

Handle customer feedback:

Address guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Pay: ₹11,864.45 - ₹18,000.00 per month
