Supervisory Skills and Service Standards proficiency
Experience in Food Production & Service and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills
Require 4 to 5 years of experience in the food industry.
Need basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email management proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
Knowledge of local cuisine and cultural practices is beneficial
Ability to work in a diverse team environment
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety during preparation and service
Manage & accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and ordering of raw materials, supplies and sales
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of food order
Responsible for the upkeep of the assets
Prepare duty charts for the department staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
