We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and guest-focused
Steward
to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and present menus.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and set according to standards.
Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance guest experience.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B service preferred, but freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, grooming, and customer-service mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
