Key Responsibilities



Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner. Present menu, take food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly and accurately. Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness throughout service. Suggest menu items, upsell food & beverages, and handle guest queries. Follow sequence of service standards and maintain hygiene & safety protocols. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service. Handle billing procedures accurately and process payments. Assist in banquet setups, room service, or special events when required. Report guest feedback and complaints to supervisors for immediate resolution. Maintain grooming standards and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements



Minimum 1-2 years' experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant preferred). Knowledge of menu items, service techniques, and customer handling. Good communication skills (English & local language). Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during peak hours. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Hotel Management diploma/certificate preferred but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,361.75 - ₹24,176.41 per month
