Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Set up dining areas, buffets, and service stations as per hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas and adhere to FSSAI and hotel standards.
Ensure all tables are properly cleaned and reset between guests.
Handle billing procedures and process payments accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
Assist with room service, banquets, and special events as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
12th Pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
0-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Positive attitude, good grooming, and a strong sense of guest service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
