Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with seating in the restaurant or brewery section.
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Upsell signature dishes and craft brews to enhance guest experience.
Set up tables with glassware, cutlery, and napkins as per standards.
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, tables, and dining areas.
Clear and reset tables promptly for new guests.
Support buffet setups, live counters, and beer-tasting events.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills with a friendly personality.
Basic knowledge of F&B service, including beer service.
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume hours.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and events.
Prior experience in restaurants, breweries, or bars is an added advantage.
