Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar efficiently.
Serve food and beverages professionally and in the correct sequence.
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
Clear tables and reset them for the next service.
Handle billing, cash, and credit card transactions as per company procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and sideboards.
Assist with buffet setup, banquet service, and room service as needed.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Report guest feedback, complaints, or special requests to the supervisor promptly.
Support colleagues and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality diploma preferred).
Previous experience in food & beverage service or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, allergens, and service standards.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems preferred.
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
