Job Description

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menu, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages promptly and in proper order.

Ensure tables are properly set and maintained before, during, and after service.

Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals.

Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.

Clear tables and reset them efficiently for the next guests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as per company standards.

Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.

Cooperate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Attend daily briefings and training sessions as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
