Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages as per premium service standards, ensuring presentation and quality.
Attend to guest needs proactively and handle requests or concerns with professionalism.
Operational Responsibilities
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar for smooth order flow.
Ensure table settings, cutlery, glassware, and condiments meet fine-dining standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas throughout the shift.
Follow SOPs related to order punching, billing, and cash/card handling.
Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
Quality & Compliance
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
Follow restaurant policies, service protocols, and brand guidelines.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal safety norms.
Team & Brand Representation
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service.
Maintain a positive attitude, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Represent the restaurant's brand values and premium positioning in every guest interaction.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of Indian cuisine; premium or fine-dining exposure preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong service orientation with attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
