Food & Beverage Support
Assist in preparing basic beverages (tea/coffee/juices)
Coordinate with barista/kitchen staff for orders
Ensure food is served fresh and in proper presentation
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and customer areas
Keep service stations stocked with cutlery, napkins, cups, etc.
Follow hygiene & safety standards
Operational Tasks
Assist with opening & closing duties
Maintain inventory and report low stock to the supervisor
Pack takeaway/delivery orders
Ensure smooth flow during rush hours
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of cafe or restaurant experience preferred
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of food & beverages
Ability to stand for long hours and multitask
Positive attitude and teamwork
Flexible with shift timings
