Position Overview:

We're looking for a warm, attentive, and cat-loving Server to join our growing team. You'll be the face of our cafe, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, well-served, and at home-alongside our furry residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with warmth and guide them through our menu and cat cafe experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area. Educate guests on cat cafe rules to ensure a safe environment for both cats and customers. Assist with basic cat care, including monitoring interactions and helping with feeding/cleanliness as needed. Work collaboratively with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
What We're Looking For:

0-2 years experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role (hospitality students welcome). Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality. Love for animals--especially cats--and comfort working around them. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Reliability and a team-oriented attitude.
