Job Description

A Food and Beverage (F&B) Service Associate is responsible for delivering prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to guests in restaurants, hotels, or other dining establishments. They take orders, serve food and drinks, assist with menu recommendations, and ensure that guest needs are met to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities include:

Taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently and politely. Setting up and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Assisting with inventory control and stock replenishment. Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Processing payments accurately when required.
Essential qualities for an F&B Service Associate include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, knowledge of menu offerings, and teamwork skills. This role involves being a key point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service experience.
