The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the restaurant. They ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Ensure tables are properly set and service areas are clean and organized.
Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
