Present the menu, explain plant-based dishes, and guide guests with recommendations based on their preferences or dietary needs.
Accurately take orders, punch them into the POS system, and ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and barista teams.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained.
Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and escalate concerns when required.
Assist in upselling specials, seasonal offerings, and retail products.
Refill water, condiments, and table essentials regularly to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Support teammates during peak hours and contribute to maintaining a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Prior experience as a steward/floor staff/waiter in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Courteous, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and guest handling.
Willingness to learn about plant-based cuisine and Greenr Cafe's sustainability philosophy.
