Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

: Greet customers, make them feel welcome, and escort them to their tables.

Menu Knowledge

: Present menus and provide recommendations on dishes and beverages, including knowledge of specials and dietary options.

Order Management

: Take accurate food and drink orders, enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system, and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.

Serving

: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

Guest Satisfaction

: Continuously check on guests, address any concerns, and ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Table Maintenance

: Clear plates and utensils as courses are completed, clean and reset tables, and maintain a tidy dining area.

Payment Processing

: Accurately present bills and process various forms of payment.

Health and Safety

: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service.

: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.

Experience

: Prior experience in a server or similar hospitality role is often preferred.

Knowledge

: Familiarity with menu items, POS systems, and responsible alcohol service is beneficial.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
