Maintain records, handle cash flow, and prepare basic reports.
Perform food costing and control wastage.
Manage inventory, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
Ensure hygiene, quality, and excellent guest service.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel or F&B Management.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of food costing & bookkeeping.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Preferred:
Female candidate with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
