Ltd. This role will involve overseeing and managing the food and beverage operations within our company. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in restaurant management, brewery, guest relations, and supervisory roles. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage operations
• Proven track record in restaurant management, brewery, guest relations, or supervisory roles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Degree or diploma in hotel management or relevant field

• Oversee and manage the food and beverage operations within the company
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability
• Collaborate with other teams to create a seamless dining experience for our guests
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Train and develop the food and beverage team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
