Dear Aspirants,

We are looking for Food and Beverage manager for one of our reputed clients based out of Jabalpur(MP).

Key Roles & Responsibilities of FOOD & BEVERAGE Manager:-

1. Overseeing Operations:

Managing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets. Ensuring high standards of service and food quality. Coordinating with kitchen staff and ensuring proper communication.

2. Financial Management:

Monitoring and controlling costs, including labor and food expenses. Preparing and managing budgets. Implementing cost-saving measures and maximizing profits.

3. Staff Management:

Hiring, training, and supervising staff. Ensuring staff adhere to health and safety regulations. Scheduling shifts and managing staff performance.

4. Customer Service:

Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Implementing customer feedback for continuous improvement.

5. Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed. Ensuring proper storage and handling of food and beverages. Conducting regular inventory checks and audits.

6. Menu Planning:

Collaborating with chefs to design menus. Considering seasonal availability and customer preferences. Ensuring menu variety and balance.

7. Compliance and Safety:

Adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Implementing health and safety training for staff.

8. Marketing and Promotions:

Planning and executing promotional activities. Collaborating with the marketing team to attract customers. Organizing special events and themed nights.

9. Supplier Relations:

Negotiating contracts with suppliers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

10. Reporting:

Preparing regular reports for upper management & GM. Analysing sales data and customer feedback.
Using insights to improve service and operations.
