F&B Manager roles & responsibilities :-
Manage daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
Develop and implement menus that are nutritious, appealing, and tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents
Supervise and train F&B staff, including servers, dishwashers, and kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as community policies and procedures
Monitor inventory and control costs, while maintaining high standards of quality and service
Build relationships with residents and their families to understand their dining preferences and concerns
Prepare daily and monthly reports, and enter all purchases, indents, and sales into the software.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable resident experience
5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to develop and implement menus that meet the needs of a diverse resident population
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results and improve resident satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and staff
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
