Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist in preparing the restaurant for service (mise-en-place, table setup, cleanliness).
Take guest orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, following hotel service standards.
Clear and reset tables promptly and maintain cleanliness at all times.
Ensure timely refilling of water and replenishment of condiments.
Learn and follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Handle basic guest queries and escalate concerns to supervisors when required.
Maintain inventory and restock service areas as instructed.
Support banquet service and special events as scheduled.
