Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
Take and record guest orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages as per standard service procedures.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back during and after service.
Handle guest complaints politely and report to the supervisor if necessary.

Table & Area Management:
Prepare tables with clean linen, cutlery, glassware, and china.
Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, service stations, and pantry.
Ensure mise-en-place (setup) is done before each meal period.

Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with kitchen for timely order service.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the concerned department.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow.

Sales & Upselling:
Promote menu items, special dishes, and beverages to guests.
Upsell premium items and suggest pairings.
