Responsibilities

Greeting

: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables

Taking orders

: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar

Serving

: Serve food and drinks to guests, adhering to service standards

Preparing tables

: Set tables for dining, ensuring that they are clean and properly equipped

Providing recommendations

: Recommend food and beverage selections, and up-sell when appropriate

Ensuring customer satisfaction

: Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet guest expectations

Maintaining cleanliness

: Clear and tidy up tables after the departure of patrons

Following procedures

: Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards

Following safety and sanitation policies

: Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards
Skills and requirements

Strong customer service orientation Attention to detail Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
