Job Title: Local F&B Executive

: We are hiring an experienced Local F&B Executive for our outlet in Gorakhpur.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of F&B experience and must be from Gorakhpur with strong knowledge of the local market.

This role includes both in-house restaurant operations and outdoor coordination work.

Responsibilities:

Support daily restaurant and bar operations. Supervise Captains, Stewards, Bartenders, and Hostesses. Maintain service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolutions. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth flow. Conduct staff briefings and basic training. Manage basic inventory checks, stock control, and documentation. Handle outdoor tasks including vendor coordination, local purchases, and event support. Assist with reporting and daily operational updates.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of F&B experience. Must have previous work experience in Gorakhpur (local area candidates only). Strong understanding of restaurant operations. Good communication and team-handling skills. Ability to manage both in-house and outdoor responsibilities. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
