The F&B Service Executive is responsible for supervising and managing all Food & Beverage service operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves leading the service team, maintaining high standards of quality, and handling guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise daily F&B service operations and ensure all standards are met. Lead, train, and mentor the F&B service team. Manage guest interactions and resolve any issues promptly. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow. Monitor and control F&B costs and ensure proper inventory management. Uphold all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:



Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and service standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
