Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Supervise, guide, and support the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Handle guest feedback professionally and work towards prompt resolutions.
Monitor stock levels of F&B supplies and assist in inventory management.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their service and product knowledge.
Support in executing promotional activities, events, and special menus.
Uphold and reflect the values of Burma Burma in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
