We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Executive / Sr. Executive to lead comprehensive audits across multiple hospitality properties. This role focuses on ensuring top-notch kitchen compliance, hygiene standards, adherence to SOPs, effective inventory management, and ongoing staff training. The ideal candidate will help maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and operational consistency across all locations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits across properties, focusing on:
  • Kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Inventory practices, including stock management and FIFO
  • Vendor and material storage compliance
  • SOP adherence for kitchen staff (recipes, portion control, cleaning routines, etc.)
  • Proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Identify operational gaps and offer actionable feedback to enhance processes.
  • Maintain and update audit checklists in line with current regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and dashboards using MS Excel, and share findings with relevant teams.
  • Train on-ground kitchen staff on hygiene protocols, SOPs, inventory handling, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to drive consistent improvements.
  • Ensure uniformity in kitchen operations and quality standards across all properties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in F&B operations, kitchen audits, or a similar domain.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance, including FSSAI norms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for audit tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and coordination.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across different locations within India.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.
