Job Description

Customer Service:

Greet guests, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations for food and beverages.

Service Delivery:

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, whether at a table or in a buffet setting.

Order Management:

Relay orders to kitchen staff, ensure accurate and timely delivery, and coordinate with team members for smooth service.

Guest Assistance:

Handle guest inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cleanliness and Setup:

Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, set up and clear tables, and ensure the overall appearance of the service environment.

Hygiene and Safety:

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards for food handling and preparation.

Cash Handling:

Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions.

Inventory Support:

Assist with inventory management and replenishing stock as needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
