Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and service areas are maintained to brand standards.
Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Assist in billing and cash handling procedures.
Participate in team briefings and training sessions to ensure service consistency.
Support other team members and departments during peak operations.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
Prior experience in a reputed hotel or restaurant preferred (0-2 years).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
