Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and beverages.
Analyze and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory and cost information.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of inventory records.
Develop and implement cost control measures and procedures.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to forecast demand and plan orders.
Run end of the day on all bar point of sales workstations; distribute daily sales analysis reports as required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for management review.
Inventory Management
Maintain the food inventory updated on a daily in cooperation with the Provision Master.
Carry out spot-checks on the hotel stores rotating stock-takes.
Carry out checks on storing operations on the pier.
Input in the computer all the requisitions.
