Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and menu questions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly.
Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Set up and restock service stations, ensuring availability of supplies.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations.
Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Support events, banquets, or functions as needed.
Follow venue protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capable of lifting and carrying food trays or supplies (up to 25 lbs or 11 kg).
Manual dexterity to handle equipment and perform tasks quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not always required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
