Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Attendant to join our service team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests, and maintain smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding a table. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-presented before and after service. Refill water, clear tables, and attend to guest requests efficiently. Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries. Handle billing and process payments accurately. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards. Assist with closing duties like cleaning, restocking, and setting up for the next shift.
Requirements:

Prior experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant, Server, or Waitstaff (preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems (training can be provided). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
