Customer Service & Operations

Guest Interaction:

Greet, seat, and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Order Taking:

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when necessary.

Service Delivery:

Serve food and drinks to guests according to established service standards and ensure timely order delivery.

Problem Resolution:

Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Payment Processing:

Handle customer payments, including cash transactions.
Dining Area & Support

Cleanliness & Setup:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and workstations.

Table Management:

Assist with setting up dining areas before service and clearing tables after.

Inventory & Supplies:

Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking supplies, and report shortages to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
