\xc2\xb7 Responsible for guest relations and ensure best service without any complaints. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all the Co-vid protocols are followed with wearing mask and gloves all the times. \xc2\xb7 Develop restaurant sales through up selling, guest contacts and ensuring good service. \xc2\xb7 Competent knowledge about wine and food menu \xc2\xb7 Wine to be poured as per order and in the right quantity. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the guests are made to feel comfortable by the floor staff. Maintaining coordination between floor and kitchen requirements and orders. \xc2\xb7 Ensure guests are serviced within specified time and no delay to happen. In case of any delay, connect with the guests and inform them about the same politely. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the staff is polite and courteous with the guests. \xc2\xb7 Issue correct invoice to the guest and take payment. The payment to be submitted to the cashier. In case of any change to be given the same to be handed over to the guests. On time settlement of the invoice to happen. \xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness of the sections, back area and toilets. No foul smell to be there. Pest control to be done as per schedule. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that staff meets hygiene and discipline standards. \xc2\xb7 Inspect the mise-en-scene and mine-en-place to ensure the smooth flow of operations. \xc2\xb7 To notify the outlet manager if you observe a particular item of stock is running low. \xc2\xb7 To handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner and to provide appropriate solutions. To immediately inform the Outlet Manager of all cases. To forward solutions and suggestions to eradicate complaints and other comments from guests to the Outlet Manager. \xc2\xb7 To carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant. \xc2\xb7 In case of any food or wine complaint inform the same to outlet manager. In case of any guest being out of control inform the outlet in charge. \xc2\xb7 Requirement for F&B related items to be given to store. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of the restaurant in close coordination with engineering and housekeeping. \xc2\xb7 Glassware and crockery/ cutlery inventory to be taken at the end of each month. Also, asset inventory for the outlet to be taken every month end. \xc2\xb7 No variance in wine inventory to be there. \xc2\xb7 Food closing inventory to be taken by kitchen staff and the same to be checked. \xc2\xb7 Cash sheet to be submitted on daily basis. NC/ discount/ void file to be maintained on daily basis. Ensure that the day opening and closing procedure is followed correctly. \xc2\xb7 Proper FIFO to be done of wines while accepting dispatch and also during storage. No wine case to be without the dispatch number as received. \xc2\xb7 Train the new joiners about the wine and food menu. Also inform them the work culture and the practices to be followed. \xc2\xb7 Hand over lost and found properties to the outlet manager. \xc2\xb7 Report the outlet head of any maintenance related problem or any hazard as it may be on priority. To be familiar with all fire extinguisher usage and first air procedure and be able to carry out the same. \xc2\xb7 Follow the prescribed procedure as laid down by FSSAI. \xc2\xb7 Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines \xc2\xb7 To comply with the company policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Attend daily briefing with sharing some operation experience for betterment in service of team.
