: F&B Associate
Location: Dreamcatcher Plantation Resort, Munnar
Position: Full-Time
Experience: 3+ years in Food & Beverage, preferably in a four-star resort/hotel
Reports To: F&B Manager
Role Overview:
The F&B Associate is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to guests.
- Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders, deliver items to tables, and address guest inquiries.
- Setup & Cleanliness: Set up and clear dining areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Coordination: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Compliance: Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in food and beverage service, preferably in a resort or hotel.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
- Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
