Detailed Job Requirements from a Railway Lounge Guest Relations Executive:
Expertise of all products & services
Confident in explaining services and converting sales
Upselling of existing lounge services to existing & potential guest.
Receive & take care of special guests.
Check all the equipment & furniture in the lounge for their serviceability & maintenance requirements.
Responsible for reception staff & cash management.
Procedures are carried out as per approval of the management.
Supervise Plan,execute pad ordering when required.
Accountability of inventory of all supplies.
To ensure standard checklists are used for all lounge procedures.
Taking care & updating (grocery, vegetables, dairy products) bills in Excel on a daily basis.
Taking care of coffee machine cleaning & ordering.
Ensuring your areas of work are kept clean throughout the day.
Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
