Key Responsibilities Kitchen & Food Operations Plan, organize, and supervise daily kitchen operations Ensure nutritious, balanced, and hygienic meals for students Finalize menus in coordination with management and nutrition requirements Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control Staff Management Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff (cooks, helpers, cleaners) Ensure discipline, punctuality, and teamwork among kitchen staff Assign duties and monitor staff performance Hygiene & Safety Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, and dining facilities Ensure adherence to local food safety regulations and hostel policies
