1. Driver

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests, staff, and materials as required Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing Follow traffic rules and resort protocols Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous service

Requirements

Valid LMV/Commercial driving license Minimum 1 year driving experience in hospitality preferred Good knowledge of local routes Pleasant and customer-friendly attitude

2. Electrician

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems Inspect equipment and troubleshoot faults Ensure all electrical work follows safety standards Support resort operations during power issues

Requirements

ITI/Diploma in Electrical 1-3 years of experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills

3. Plumber

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain plumbing systems, pipelines, and fixtures Install water supply and drainage systems Conduct routine inspections to prevent leakages

Requirements

ITI/Relevant Certification Experience in hotel/resort plumbing preferred

4. Carpenter

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry repairs and fabrication Maintain furniture, doors, fixtures, and wooden structures Handle polishing and minor remodeling work

Requirements

Proven carpentry experience Ability to work independently and meet timelines

5. AC Technician

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Diagnose cooling issues and carry out preventive maintenance Ensure efficient functioning of all AC units in the resort

Requirements

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Experience in hotels/resorts preferred

6. Housekeeping Staff

Responsibilities

Clean rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas Ensure high guest-service and hygiene standards Replenish amenities and maintain housekeeping records

Requirements

Experience preferred; trainees also welcome Ability to work in shifts and maintain cleanliness standards

7. Laundry Men

Responsibilities

Operate washing, drying, and ironing machines Sort, wash, and deliver linen as per resort standards Maintain laundry cleanliness and equipment

Requirements

Prior experience in laundry operations preferred

8. Food & Beverage Service Staff

Responsibilities

Serve guests in restaurants, banquet areas, and bars Take orders, assist with menu recommendations, and maintain service quality Ensure cleanliness and table setup as per standards

Requirements

Diploma in Hotel Management preferred Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

9. Front Office - Trainees & Experienced

Responsibilities

Handle guest check-ins/outs and reservations Provide information and assist guests courteously Maintain records and coordinate with departments

Requirements
