Key Responsibilities:
Regularly follow up with clients/customers through calls, emails, or messages
Maintain accurate follow-up logs and communication records
Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses
Ensure prompt and professional communication at all times
Assist in scheduling and tracking tasks to closure
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (if applicable)
Prior experience in coordination or customer support is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
