Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently as per recipes. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other bar equipment. Manage inventory for beverages and barista supplies. Educate customers about the menu and recommend drinks.

Service Duties:

Greet and seat customers with warmth and professionalism. Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service. Serve orders to tables accurately and efficiently. Handle billing and payment through POS systems. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. Respond to customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

6 months - 1 year in a similar role (as barista/waitstaff). Freshers with basic training will also be considered.

Languages:

Marathi, Hindi, and Basic English.

Skills:

Good communication & customer service Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Energetic, punctual, and well-groomed Team player with a positive attitude
