Job Summary:

The F&B Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising site execution related to

commercial kitchens, restaurant fit-outs, and F&B service areas

, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, hygiene standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise

commercial kitchen and F&B area execution

at site Coordinate installation of

kitchen equipment, exhaust systems, ducting, gas pipeline, plumbing, electrical, and drainage

Ensure work is done as per

approved drawings, layouts, and BOQ

Coordinate with

vendors, technicians, and contractors

Monitor quality, safety, and

hygiene standards

at site Ensure compliance with

FSSAI norms and fire safety requirements

Track material delivery, usage, and site inventory Prepare

daily progress reports

and site updates Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays Support testing, commissioning, and final handover
Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of

commercial kitchen & F&B projects

Understanding of

kitchen workflow, hygiene & safety standards

Ability to read

MEP and kitchen layout drawings

Good coordination and team management skills Basic computer knowledge for reporting
Education:

Diploma / ITI / Hotel Management / Civil / Mechanical background preferred
Salary:

40,000
