F&B Service Associate / Waitstaff

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and guide guests with a warm, welcoming attitude. Present menus and explain current theme/cuisine and concept. Take and serve orders with accuracy and style. Suggest specials and upsell premium items and pairings. Adapt to daily and weekly theme/menu/service changes. Maintain table cleanliness and service stations. Handle billing and guest queries professionally.

Requirements:



1-2 years of F&B service experience preferred, but enthusiastic freshers welcome. Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi a plus). Flexible, fast learner who thrives in changing environments. Good grooming and a guest-first attitude.

2. Restaurant Host/Hostess

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome guests and manage reservations and walk-ins. Maintain the guest waitlist and ensure smooth seating flow. Present the restaurant's concept-of-the-day with enthusiasm. Coordinate with floor staff to optimize table turnover. Build rapport with regular guests and ensure repeat visits.

Requirements:



1+ year experience in front desk/hostess role in hospitality. Charismatic, organized, and customer-obsessed. Familiarity with reservation systems (Zomato, EazyDiner, etc.) is a plus.

3. Bartender / Mixologist

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails that match the current theme. Suggest beverage pairings and upsell creatively. Maintain a clean and organized bar station. Engage customers seated at the bar with flair and friendliness. Assist in developing rotating cocktail menus in sync with shapeshifting concepts.

Requirements:



1-3 years of bartending experience. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft cocktails. Creative, adaptable, and a team player. FLAIR skills or mixology certifications are a bonus.

4. Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily floor operations and staff shifts. Ensure team is trained and briefed for each new theme/menu. Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and back-of-house teams. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints gracefully.

Requirements:



2-4 years experience in a similar supervisory role. Leadership skills and hands-on attitude. Strong attention to detail and guest experience. Ability to manage themed transitions and event nights smoothly.

5. F&B Runner / Busser

Key Responsibilities:



Support waitstaff by delivering food and clearing tables promptly. Reset tables according to service standards. Assist with food presentation and timing. Handle back-end support duties (stocking, refills, etc.).

Requirements:



High energy and team spirit. Ability to move quickly and handle pressure. Basic English and customer etiquette.
