Key Responsibilities
Help Desk Management - Oversee and streamline IT helpdesk operations for timely resolution of issues.
Asset Management (IMAC Process) - Manage complete IT asset lifecycle including installation, move, add, and change.
Vendor Management - Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and performance evaluation.
Team Management - Lead, mentor, and build high-performing IT support teams.
Project Management - Execute IT infrastructure and service projects within defined timelines.
Audit & Security Management - Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory standards.
ITIL Process Management - Oversee Incident, Change, and Problem Management for smooth service delivery.
OEM & Partner Coordination - Work with OEMs and partners for warranty, support, and escalations.
Desired Candidate Profile
8-12 years of experience in IT Service / Infrastructure Management.
Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes and service delivery models.
Proven track record in managing helpdesk, vendors, and IT projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to audit, compliance, and IT security frameworks.
