Responsible for providing Level 1 IT Facility Management Support, ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and hardware. The role includes performing basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and escalation of issues when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, AD, firewall, and connectivity.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and printer configurations.
Perform hardware diagnostics and replace basic components (RAM, HDD, SSD).
Conduct daily system checks, updates, and ensure service continuity.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels as per process.
Technical Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).
Windows 10/11 installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
Active Directory user and group management.
Printer setup and maintenance.
Basic understanding of firewall and server operations.
Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate in IT or related field.
0-2 years of IT support experience preferred.
