Responsibilities: ? Identify and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, and market mapping. ? Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. ? Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers. ? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. ? Collect market insights including pricing trends and customer feedback. ? Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, logistics) for smooth order execution. ? Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and customer queries. ? Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or tracking systems. ? Represent the company professionally and maintain brand image in the market. Candidate requirements: ? Minimum Qualification - Graduate. ? Post Graduate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage. ? Minimum 2 years of preferred experience in Field Sales, ideally in FMCG, Food, B2B, or Retail sectors. ? Should have a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with effective negotiation skills. ? Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships. ? Target-driven with a positive attitude. ? Good problem-solving and follow-up skills. ? Basic knowledge of MS office / MS Excel / CRM systems. ? Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
