Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies across FMCG categories (Flour, Wellness, Spices, etc.) Lead project timelines from ideation to market launch with accountability for delivery milestones. Understand and navigate all

legal, FSSAI, GST, MSME, pollution board

, and industrial compliance requirements. Oversee digital enablement across marketing, D2C, distributor systems, and operational tech stacks (CRM, ERP). Liaise with vendors, government bodies, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Build and lead cross-functional teams -- production, supply chain, branding, and sales. Monitor KPIs, market insights, and industry trends to drive scalable growth.

What We're Looking For

5-10 years of proven experience in the

FMCG or food manufacturing sector

. Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory and compliance frameworks (FSSAI, MSME, Factory Act, etc.). Hands-on experience in setting up operations, launching SKUs, and digital transformation. Strategic thinker who can convert business goals into executable action plans. Comfortable working in a

startup + industrial environment

with evolving needs.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM or equivalent Background in operations, marketing, or supply chain in FMCG brands Knowledge of D2C, distributor systems, retail rollout, and digital ecosystems Ability to work from our site in Gajraula or travel when required
