Absolute Nuts Enterprises Pvt. Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented FMCG Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our field sales team across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, knowledge of FMCG distribution, and the ability to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the FMCG sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
Plan and execute effective sales strategies and field activities
Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance
Track daily sales activities and maintain reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in the market
Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activity
Resolve on-ground customer and sales team issues promptly
Requirements:
Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience
1-3 years of FMCG sales experience (team handling preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good market knowledge of Delhi NCR
