Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Sales Officer

to manage and expand our FMCG business through existing distributors. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring effective distributor management, and covering the entire Andhra Pradesh region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors across Andhra Pradesh. Drive secondary sales through effective territory coverage and distributor engagement. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure proper stock availability, order placement, and timely collections. Conduct market visits to monitor retail execution, competitor activities, and market trends. Support distributors with trade promotions, schemes, and visibility initiatives. Travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh to ensure business coverage.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with distributor handling. Strong knowledge of Andhra Pradesh market and FMCG distribution network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
