We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor/dealer networks, ensuring product availability, and achieving monthly targets.
Prior experience in the FMCG sector is mandatory
, and candidates with strong local market knowledge will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement across all channels.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize business growth.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in FMCG sales
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Thrissur market and FMCG distribution network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
